Meeting Facility

• HARDENBURG: At 291 sq. ft., "Hardenburg" is the smallest meeting room in our hotel, also providing natural light and Wi-Fi access. It can be booked for events for up to 20 people. Use it for internal company meetings or for a private function.
• KONFERENZRAUM I: Bright conference room. Partition wall can be removed, providing a total of 198 sqm. Can be used as a banquet room when combined with Konferenzraum II. Round tables, dance floor and buffet available. Natural light. Dimensions 6.2 x 11.6 m.
• KONFERENZRAUM I+III: Bright, spacious seminar room with large glass fronts. Suitable for conferences, exhibitions and banquets with round tables. 2 pillars in the room. Dimensions 24 x 11.6 x 2.75 m.
• KONFERENZRAUM II: Spacious room. By removing 2 partition walls, it can be extended to a size of 198 or 276sqm (with 2 pillars). Can be used for banquets with round tables and a buffet by combining the room with Konferenzraum I and III. Dance floor available. 10.9 x 11.6m
• KONFERENZRAUM III: Bright conference room with natural light and access to a separate break-out room. Can be used in combination with Konferenzraum I+II. Views of the vineyards. Dimensions 6.75 x 11.6 m.
• KURPFALZ I: The "Kurpfalz I" conference room, at 1238 sq. ft., is suitable for larger events for up to 100 participants. Seating can be arranged in theater, banquet or cinema formation. It has natural light and Wi-Fi access.
• KURPFALZ I + II: Book the "Kurzpfalz I" and "Kurpfalz II" rooms together and this will increase the space for your event to 2562 sq. ft. This will make it possible for you to hold larger events for up to 200 people. The room has Wi-Fi access and natural light.
• KURPFALZ II: The "Kurpfalz II" room, with natural light and Wi-Fi access and measuring 1324 sq. ft., is of spacious design and is therefore well suited to exclusive events with dancing in a festive ambience. Up to 100 people can be invited to meetings or receptions in
• LIMBURG: The "Limburg" conference room is often hired for lectures and presentations. The maximum number of participants is 32 people. The room measures 344 sq. ft., it is decorated in bright and warm colors and it has both Wi-Fi access and natural light.
• MICHELSBERG: Various types of events for up to 55 participants can be held in the "Michelsberg" meeting room, which measures 915 sq. ft. and offers natural light and Wi-Fi access. Various arrangement of tables and chairs are available according to the event planned; f
• PFALZBLICK: The 700 sq. ft. "Pfalzblick" meeting room is set up for a maximum of 50 guests and has natural light and Wi-Fi access. You can use it for different types of events, as the tables and chairs can be arranged in a number of different ways.
• SALIERHALLE I: The air conditioned "Salierhalle I" with Wi-Fi access can be booked on its own or together with "Salierhalle II". It measures 4413 sq. ft. and has space for 330 people. The parquet flooring, natural light and ceiling height of 20 ft. create a special atmo
