 Ski Country Resorts/Sports is a privately owned Rental/Property Management Company in Breckenridge, Colorado. We represent approximately 140 privately owned condominiums, town homes and single family homes. Our inventory will meet the needs of any traveler or vacationer. We have everything from large first class luxury homes to small hotel or studio units in condominium complexes. We represent the Breckenridge area only. Ski Country Resorts/Sports provides the finest in ski and bicycle rental equipment on-site. Ski Country Resorts/Sports also coordinates lift tickets and transportation from Denver International Airport with your lodging reservation. We also coordinate all summertime activities with your lodging reservation. We are in our 18th year of operation and look forward to serving your lodging and Rocky Mountain vacation needs.Ski Country Resorts and Sports reserves the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no extra charge to the consumer. Rates are subject to change without notice.   • Christiana Townhomes 2 bedroom loft/3 bath: This spacious- well-decorated townhome has high ceilings- a full kitchen- wood burning fireplace and a private balcony. Located on the south end of town on the free shuttle- a short 6-7 minute walk to downtown and the ski lifts. Everyone will enjoy the nearby Columbine Clubhouse with a heated pool and 2 indoor and 2 outdoor hot tubs.Max Occ 9
  • Columbine Condominiums 1 bedroom/1 bath: This condominium features a full kitchen- gas fireplace- TV/VCR and a patio. There is a Queen in the bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the Four OClock Ski Run and just steps to the free shuttle bus- each condominium features a kitchenette no dishwasher- cable TV/VCR- and individual ski storage lockers. Lobby area features a huge open fireplace- pool table- foosball and wireless internet access.   • Tannenbaum 2 bedroom: Tannenbaum by the River is located right on the Blue River with a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and downtown. Each condo except hotel rooms has a full kitchen- fireplace and a balcony that overlooks the river and surrounding woods. Access to the Columbine Clubhouse with a pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs is included. There is also a common area surrounded by woods with a large deck- 2 grills and picnic tables--perfect for your family barbeque and gathering.Max Occ 11
  • Tannenbaum Hotel room: This hotel lock off is located on the south end of town with a short walk to the ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge. Sleeps 2-4 with either 2 Queen beds or one King and a mini-fridge. Onsite amenities include free local nationwide long-distance- wireless internet access- laundry facilities and pool/hot tub access.Max Occ 5
  • Village Point Townhomes 3 bedroom/3 bath: Located three blocks from downtown and the base of Peak 9. Featuring an open main level with kitchen and bar area dividing the dining and living room areas. The walk-out deck is highlighted by a private outdoor Jacuzzi- patio furniture and gas grill. The master bedroom and bath feature a walk-out balcony and vaulted ceilings. The lower level features two bedrooms- full size washer-dryer- TV/VCR.  From Denver International Airport take Pena Boulevard to I-70 west. Take exit 203 the Frisco/Breckenridge exit and go 9 miles south on Colorado state highway 9 into Breckenridge. Colorado State Highway 9 turns into Main Street Breckenridge. Ski Country Resorts/Sports is conveniently located at 213 North Main Street, Breckenridge.   Guarantee Policy 
 Must guarantee with a deposit of 100.00 USD is required and will be chgd at the time of booking. 2 nts deposit is due 10 days after booking. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions DO apply during holidays special events or conventions. 
  Cancellation Policy 
 Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the full stay plus tax. No-show fee is the full stay plus tax. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.
