- Deluxe Room - approx. 312-423 square ft: Deluxe rooms have 1 King or 2 Double beds. Our beautifully furnished guest rooms come with spectacular views of the city and the most spacious floor plans in uptown Charlotte. With luxurious amenities and exquisite attention to detail, our rooms are ideal for the needs of business and leisure travelers.  - Signature Room - approx. 312-423 square ft.: Signature rooms have all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus spectacular city views from every room. Comfort, convenience and service are priority one. Special bathroom amenities, relaxing rainfall showers, curved shower rods, and luxurious linens are just a few of the lavish amenities offered on this floor. We will virtually tuck you in each night with our Signature turndown service. The Signature Lounge offers club amenities with plasma TVs, luxurious soft seating, computer work stations, conversation areas, concierge service, upgraded continental breakfast, and evening reception.
- Executive King - approx. 515 square ft.: Executive king rooms have all the same amenities as a deluxe room and are more than 200 square feet larger than a deluxe king room. These rooms also feature an alcove area with soft seating and a city view.
- Superior Double Room - approx. 640 square ft: Superior doubles have all the amenities of a deluxe room plus more than 200 square feet larger than a deluxe room and a large wall of windows providing fantastic city views.
- Junior Suite - approx. 640 square ft: A Junior Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room and is a triangular shaped one room suite with a sitting area in the same room as the bed. These suites are corner rooms that have two walls of glass with an excellent view.
- Parlor Suite - approx. 740 square ft: A Parlor Suite has all the amenities of a deluxe room and is a two room suite. The king bedroom is connected to a parlor/living room. The parlor has a sitting area with a breakfast or meeting table that seats up to 6 people. There is also a wet bar and a separate bathroom. These rooms must be booked through Omni directly.
- Mecklenburg Suite - approx. 1000 square ft: The Mecklenburg Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus a spectacular view of Trade Street from the 15th floor. A two room suite, the living room area has soft seating for 6, an unstocked wet bar for entertaining guests, marble buffet for setting out hors d'oeuvres or a buffet dinner and the dining table seats 6. The king bedroom adjoins the room with an inner connecting door. The Mecklenburg Suite also has access to the Signature Lounge on the 14th floor. This suite must be booked with Omni directly.
- Randolph Scott Suite - approx. 1280 square ft.: The Randolph Scott Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus a spectacular view of "The Square" (the intersection of Trade and Tryon Streets) from the 15th floor. A two room suite, the living room area has soft seating for 4, a bistro dining table (for 2) and a view of the square through two walls of glass. The king bedroom has a beautiful marble bathroom with a separate glass shower and garden tub. The Randolph Scott Suite also has access to the Signature Lounge on the 14th floor.This suite must be booked with Omni directly.
- John W Sheppard Suite - approx. 1280 square ft: The John W Sheppard Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus a spectacular view of College Street from the 15th floor. A two room suite, the living room area has soft seating for 4, a bistro dining table (for 2) and a view of the city through two walls of glass. The king bedroom has a beautiful marble bathroom with a separate glass shower and garden tub. The John W Sheppard Suite also has access to the Signature Lounge on the 14th floor.
