Reservations require a deposit and will be charged at time of booking. Reservations of 1 night require a full prepayment deposit. Reservations of 2-3 nights require 2-night deposit. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a 50% deposit of total stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 days prior to avoid forfeiture of deposit. No-show fee: Forfeiture of deposit. Refunds are less a $20.00 handling charge. Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival date receives credit for a future stay, valid 1 year after the cancel date.
