Having been owned and built by Zebulon Strong, noted abolitionist and participant in the Underground Railroad, this home honors the spirit of that tradition offering food and shelter to weary travelers.Located on six lovely acres, this bed and breakfast has beautifully landscaped grounds, offering a serene and peaceful stay. Our well appointed bedrooms and common areas are able to host our guests not only for overnight stays but are also available for weddings, conferences, corporate retreats, workshops, and private parties. We also host educational seminars, quilting and cooking classes. Our location is easily accessible to downtown venues such as sporting events, cultural fests, and The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Check-in is at 4 00 PM.
