EAST From I-80 West take Exit 141 - Highway 65 South Altoona-Pleasant Hill. Follow Highway 65 to exit 79 Pleasant Hill-East University. Bear right at the end of the ramp onto 163 West. At the first light, turn right onto North East 56th. Continue 0.25 mile to Metro East Drive. Turn right and continue to Value Place. NORTH From I-80 - take the Altoona-Highway 65 south on Highway 65. Continue about 3 miles to exit 79 - Highway 163 or East University-Pleasant Hill. Bear right to first intesection
