Flowers, trees, berries, and other Alaska vegetation are yours for the looking. Guests may be treated to passing moose, a variety of birds, and other native animals. The six person Jacuzzi sits on a deck overlooking the spectacular scenery. Alaskan planes may land and take off in the distance. Here, Alaska comes to you!

Spend your time on the deck enjoying Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, Kenai Mountains, and the Halcyon Heights flowers. Easy access to the Jacuzzi. The forecastle has a very large bathroom with a door that directly accesses the side garden and deck. The room itself is "cozy." Note that the king bed is higher than standard beds. Be careful getting in and out of this lush, soft bed! This room directly adjoins the main Halcyon Heights hallway for easy access to the rest of the house, morning breakfast, and life at Halcyon Heights. Luggage storage is in the closet, the bathroom, or under the desk.
  • The Captain's Quarters: Halcyon Heights Largest Suite has a full Kitchen and Privacy! Features: Lots of space in this suite! Queen size bed. Private outside entrance. Living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Private bath with shower. Bedroom darkens for summer months' sleeping. Quick walk to main deck for views of the Kenai Mountains, the Grewingk Glacier, and the Halcyon Heights gardens. Expands: Sofa in living room opens to accommodate up to two people (extra charge). Additional futon in bedroom. This suite is also available without kitchen privileges.

  • The Portside/Starboard Suite: A Two Bedroom, Two Bath Suite with a Full Kitchen and Privacy! Features: Excellent for a family or party of four traveling together. Queen size bed in each bedroom. Private outside entrance. Close to parking. Double sinks with bath and shower in Portside bath. Single sink and shower in Starboard. Views of the Kenai Mountains, the Grewingk Glacier, and the Halcyon Heights front garden. Expands: Sofa in Portside Cabin opens to accommodate another person (extra charge). This suite may also be available without the second bedroom and without kitchen use.
