• Spice China: Spice China restaurant features two forms of cuisine; one is Spice China house recipes and the other is the original Shanghai dishes. We incorporated various spices in our cuisine so that each dish will give you a fantastic experience.
• Deli 585 (Coal Creek Golf Course): The Deli 585 is open seven days a week serving both breakfast and lunch, & features a wide variety of menu items. The Deli seats over 75 people & has a wall of windows with astonishing views overlooking the first tee. Hours of Operation: Dawn till Dusk
• The Empire Lounge & Restaurant: Fantastic food, great wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, & warm comfortable environment. The Empire is the perfect neighborhood meeting place--for a casual weeknight out with friends, a romantic anniversary dinner for two, and every occasion in between.
• Double D's Sourdough Pizza: Double D?s uses only the highest quality gourmet ingredients & sauces. We deliver gourmet pizzas, ribs, oven baked sandwiches, wings, gourmet salads, desserts & more! We go to great lengths to make sure every single pizza you order is "world class".

• 3 Margaritas: 3 Margaritas is a place where you can come and relax in our family friendly environment. When you walk in, the first thing you're bound to notice is the wonderful smell. Every Thursday, we have a live mariachi band come in and play from 6 to 9pm.
• Tokyo Joe's: Our Chicken & Steak is all natural, most of our Seafood is wild, & we are organic whenever possible. NO greasy woks or deep fryers will be found here, Grilling or Steaming is how we cook your meal. A quick serve concept with a full service mindset!

• KT's Hick'ry Pit BBQ: KT's stands for Kirk and Tricia (Jamison). We are modeled after Pecos Pit BBQ in Seattle, where we're from. Guided by this inspiration, we took a trip to Memphis to eat BBQ three or four times a day for a week, all to bring BBQ to Colorado.
• Chuck E Cheese's: Great food for the family including freshly baked pizzas & a garden fresh salad bar. Age appropriate games, rides, prizes, food & entertainment for all; specializing in everyday fun or occasions such as birthdays play groups & fundraising events.

• Tibet's Restaurant & Bar: Our chef, Uttam, (said ?ohh-tam?) spent 14 years in a monastery as a chef & cooked for many prominent people, including His Holiness the 14th Dali Lama. As an accomplished chef in Tibetan cuisine he is fluent in Nepali, Tibetan & English.
