This high-rise luxury condominium provides access to shopping at Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall. The beach is steps away and features a private beachside pool and beach pavilion. Another pool is on the oversize sundeck near the gas grills for a perfect barbeque dinner. The resort features spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom condominiums with whirlpool tubs. The condominiums provide fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryers and the large private balconies offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available in every condominium and DVDs and videos are also provided free of charge. Check-in time is after 3pm and checkout is 10am. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Cleaning fees collected at check-in are Studio/Hotel for USD 58.54, USD 70.25 for 1 bedroom, USD 111.22 for 2 bedroom, USD 128.78 for 3 bedroom and USD 146.34 for 4 bedroom units. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age at check-in is 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
