| Take Highway 80 East for 23.5 miles from the Bay Bridge. Exit onto Highway 37 West to Napa. Turn right onto Sonoma Boulevard/Highway 29 North and travel 9.9 miles. Where the road divides stay to the left towards Sonoma on Highway 29 and go over the skyway. At the stoplight at the bottom of the skyway, turn left onto Highway 12/121 (Carneros Highway) towards Sonoma for 1.4 miles. Turn right at The Carneros Inn.Take Highway 101 North across the Golden Gate Bridge and go 19.2 miles to the Vallejo/Napa 37 exit. Bear right at this exit and proceed 7.7 miles to the 121 Sonoma/Napa exit. Go left at Infineon Raceway and travel 6.6 miles to junction 121 Sonoma/Napa and bear right. Travel on 12/121 (also known as the Carneros Highway) for 7.6 miles. Turn left at The Carneros Inn.Take Highway 80 West for 41.9 miles. Merge onto Jameson Canyon Road towards Napa/Sonoma.
