| Take the Beeline Expressway (Route 528) west to Interstate 4. Follow I-4 West to Exit SR535 - Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee (Exit #68). Turn left off the exit ramp and continue for approximately 1/2 mile. The hotel is located on the right.From Daytona or from the north on the Turnpike, take Interstate 4 West to Exit 68. At the bottom of the ramp, make a left. The resort will be ahead on the right.Take the Florida Turnpike to 417 West (toll road). Take 417 to SR535 Exit (Lake Buena Vista). Continue on SR535 towards Disney (north). Sheraton Vistana Resort is located on SR535 on the left.Take I-4 to Exit 68.
