The Governor Prence Inn a charming Cape Cod Inn is located in Historic Orleans the gateway to the National Seashore on five secluded acres of award winning rose gardens flowering trees and pines. Our in-town location across the street from the Christmas Tree Shop is within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants shopping galleries and antique stores. Orleans is an ideal spot for a Cape Cod vacation. The Rail Trail Bike Path runs directly behind the Inn. We are minutes from Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay Nauset Beach on the Ocean and famous Coast Guard Beach which is rated one of Americas top 20 Beaches. The Inn is close to the rotary and route 6 for a short drive to either Provincetown or Hyannis. We offer a variety of Cape Cod rental accommodations. Traditional rooms in our main building have two double beds connecting doors and a small refrigerator. Courtyard rooms have two double beds microwaves refrigerators and present a view of the resorts Olympic size swimming pool gazebo and spectacular gardens. Poolside lodging offers two double beds microwaves refrigerators with a patio or deck view of the pool. Wood View rentals have two double beds microwaves refrigerators and large private decks. All of our Cape Cod lodging accommodations offer cable television with HBO individually controlled heat and air conditioning private baths and in room telephones. There is a resort size pool in the central courtyard as well as family picnic areas barbecue grills and a variety of indoor outdoor games.
