Guest accommodations are spacious elegant condominiums each with a fully equipped kitchen- two full baths, washer/dryers, and large balconies. Guests have access to complimentary high speed Internet access. Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities including two gulf front swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical landscaping - a hot tub- fitness center- a game room- and free video rentals. From March through October, complimentary use of beach umbrellas and beach chairs is available. The Seychelles Beach Resort is within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and is conveniently located near to the best shopping- dining- nightlife in the area. Guests can also enjoy close proximity to water parks- deep-sea fishing - sailing - diving - snorkeling - any many other attractions. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Check-in at 5115 Gulf Drive. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. The front desk is open from 9am-5pm daily. Daily housekeeping is available between 9am-5pm. Please note cleaning fees charged at check-in- 1 bed 82.00 USD, 2 bed 109.23 USD, 3 bed 126.47 USD, 4 bed 147.00 USD.
