| From Oakland Bay Bridge - Highway 80 Westbound - While on the upper deck of the Bay Bridge, take the first off-ramp in San Francisco from the right lane, Fremont Street. Turn left on Fremont and proceed 2 blocks to Howard Street. Turn left and go 4 blocks on Howard Street to 3rd Street, then turn right. Proceed on 3rd Street across Market Street where it will turn into Kearny Street. Follow Kearny Street 2 blocks, then turn left on Sutter Street. Go 6 blocks to Jones Street. Turn left on Jones Street, go 1 block and turn left on Post Street. The Fitzgerald Hotel is on the left side, on Post between Jones and Taylor Streets. From Golden Gate Bridge - Highway 101 Southbound Take the Lombard Street exit from the freeway onto Lombard St. and go 2 blocks. Turn right on Divisadero Street and go 3 blocks. Turn left on Union Street, enjoy the shops and go 2.8 miles to Hyde Street. Turn left on Hyde, go 3 blocks, then turn right on Lombard and go down the *Crookedest Street in the World*. Stay on Lombard for 3 blocks, then turn right onto Columbus Avenue. Go 4 blocks through North Beach, then turn right on Stockton Street through Chinatown. Go 7 blocks and through the Stockton Street tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, turn right on Sutter Street and proceed 4 blocks. Turn left on Jones Street, go 1 block and turn left on Post Street. The Fitzgerald Hotel is on the left side, on Post between Jones and Taylor Streets. From San Francisco Airport - Highway 101 Take the Seventh Street turnoff onto Bryant Street and proceed 1 block to 6th Street. Turn left on 6th Street and go 5 blocks. Continue across Market Street onto Taylor Street. Proceed on Taylor Street 7 blocks to Sutter Street. Turn left on Sutter and go 1 block. Turn left on Jones and go 1 block to Post, then turn left. The Fitzgerald Hotel is on the left side, on Post between Jones and Taylor Streets. |
