The 3 Peaks Resort and Beach Club is newly remodeled hotel centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. The hotel is located just minutes from shopping, dinning, nightlife, and casinos. We are also within walking distance to Heavenly Ski Resort and Lake Tahoe. All guests have access to a private beach while staying at the resort in the summer months and our outdoor heated pool (seasonal) and jacuzzi. The property is pet friendly and non-smoking.

All reservations require a deposit equal to the full stay at the time of booking by valid credit card with expiry date only.Reservations over 1000.00USD will require a non refundable deposit equal to 50 percent of the reservation amount.
Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the arrival date for a USD 25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the deposit amount.
