At The Stop Sign Turn Left Onto Hwy 40 West. Follow Hwy 40 West Over Rabbit Ears Pass And Into Steamboat. Exit Right At Mt. Werner Drive. Follow Mt. Werner Drive To Apres Ski Way And Turn Right.   Guarantee Policy 
 Deposit of one night's lodging due within 10 days of making reservation. Balance due including 12.5% sales tax 30 days prior to arrival. For Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2003-Jan 4, 2004), the balance is due including sales tax 60 day prior to arrival. 
  Cancellation Policy 
 Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival(61 days for 20dec03-04JAN04 and 15 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): 1 nights rent is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival (60 days for 20DEC03-04JAN04 and 14 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): Full deposit is forfeited.
