 The ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas opened in January 2003 in an upscale gated community in the world-famous Waikoloa Resort. The resort is located on the 15th fairway of the spectacular beach golf course and offers stunning views of Mauna Kea - Lava Fields - and swaying palm trees.All villas offer upscale *at home* comforts and decorated in a casual designer inspired furnishings. All suites are exceedingly spacious and have fully-equipped kitchens and furnished lanais. Some feature vaulted ceilings, sunken lving rooms or private garages. Daily maid service is, of course, provided.Golfers will envy our location adjacent to two of Hawaii's most famous links, the Robert Trent Jones Beach Course and Arnold Palmer's Kings Course.   Directions 
 From Keahole Airport turn left onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway 19. Continue along Highway 19 for about 15 miles. Turn left at the Waikoloa Beach Resort signage (onto Waikoloa Beach Drive), continue all the way to the end - you will pass the King's Shops on your left, the Hilton on your right, and once you have passed the Bay Club Resort on your right - go another 1/4 mile and you will see the entrance to the ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas on your left. You'll know if you've gone too far, you'll end up at the King's Golf Club. Turn left through the gate into ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas, and follow that road about 400 yards - you will see the ResortQuest Registration Office, located in the Recreation Building (a single story building on your left). Upon arrival at the gated entry - dial 169 for front desk or dial 180 for after hours manager on duty. Check-in office located to the left immediately after entering the property. Front Desk Hours- 7am-8pm Entry Gate- Dial 169 for Front Desk After Hours- Dial 180 for Mgr on DutyOn the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in a private gated community.   Guarantee Policy 
 All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax. 
  Cancellation Policy 
 Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
