| Georgetown Suites is an all suite hotel located in the heart of Historic Georgetown. The hotel is surrounded by the unique shops, boutiques and restaurants of Georgetown; Washingtons premiere neighborhood. Georgetown Suites consists of two buildings that are located just a half block from each other. Both buildings offer the same amenities and have similar decor. Many of our repeat guests have their favorite building, while others like to alternate which property they stay at each time. Georgetown Suites Habour is the 29th Street building and features 80 suites and is located across the street from the offices and restaurants of the Washington Harbour Complex on the Georgetown waterfront. Two of our three conference rooms are located in the Harbour Building. The 30th Street building (#3797) is just steps from M Street, Georgetown's shopping and dining corridor. This building features 140 suites including two bedroom suites, two level townhomes as well as Executive and Luxury suites. All Rates include free continental breakfast, free wireless internet, and free local calls. |

| Underground parking available for $20 per night. Please note garage clearance is: 6'8'. From Points North Take I-95 to 295 South (Baltimore-Washington Parkway). Take the exit towards Washington. Merge onto US Route 50 West. Route 50 West turns into New York Avenue. Turn left onto 10th Street and make immediate left onto K STreet, N.W. Follow K Street into Georgetown. Stay in center lane and K Street goes under raised freeway. There is no right turn onto 29th Street, so go two blocks further and turn right onto Thomas Jefferson St. Turn Right on M street, and Right on 29th St. Georgetown Suites-Harbour is the last building on the right. From Points South Take I-95 North to 395 north to Key Bridge Exit (Exit 8B). Cross the Key Bridge and turn right onto M Street. Make right onto 29th St NW. Georgetown Suites is the last building on the right. (Corner of 29th & K Streets) Turn right on 29th Street. Georgetown Suites is at the end of the block on the right. From Ronald Reagan National Airport Take George Washington Parkway toward DC. Follow signs to Key Bridge. Cross the Key Bridge and turn right onto M Street. Turn right on 29th St. Georgetown Suites is at the end of the block on right. From Dulles Airport Take Route 66 East to Key Bridge. Cross the Key Bridge and turn right onto M Street. Turn right on 29th Street. Georgetown Suites is at the end of the block on the right. From BWI airport Take I-95 to 295 South (Baltimore-Washington Parkway). Take the exit towards Washington. Merge onto US Route 50 West. Route 50 West turns into New York Avenue and then becomes Mount Vernon Place. Turn left onto 9th Street. Turn right on K Street. Follow K St into Georgetown, and turn right onto 29th St. We are on the corner at K St on the left. From Metro's Foggy Bottom Station After exiting the station, turn left on 23rd Street from the top of the escalator. Walk 1/4 block to Washington Circle and turn left onto the circle. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Cross over the bridge into Georgetown. Turn left on 29th St. Georgetown Suites is at the end of the block on right. |
