 Get on highway 70 and go west through the city of Denver. Stay on I-70, begin elevation climb into mountains. After passing by the towns of Idaho Springs and Dumont, look for exit 232. Upon exiting I-70, pass through town of Empire. Drive through Empire and drive across Berthoud Pass. After descending Berthoud Pass, go through two stop lights. Will pass Winter Park Resort and enter the town of Winter Park. Beaver Village Condominiums is the first property on the left hand side (west side). A green oval sign with the name Beaver Village Condominiums is located at the complex entrance.   Guarantee Policy 
 A deposit of 100 Percent of Stay is required at booking. 
  Cancellation Policy 
 Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid fee of 100pct of the stay. 
  Meeting Facility 
 
  • On-Site Meeting Facilities Beaver Village Condominiums offers a meeting room located in the clubhouse. The meeting room is 1500 square feel and can seat up to 100 people. The meeting room may also be divided into two meeting rooms that will service up to 50 people. A catering kitchen is attached to the meeting room that guests may use for self catering purposes.
